We understand that concerns may sometimes arise regarding production timelines, shipping, delivery or refunds. We are committed to helping customers resolve these concerns fairly and directly.

Before contacting your bank or payment provider, please contact our customer support team and allow us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

How Chargebacks Affect Our Business

Chargebacks have a serious negative impact on our day-to-day business operations.

A Chargeback is not a Refund.

When a chargeback is submitted, the disputed payment may be removed from our account while the case is reviewed. Additional dispute fees may also be charged, and our payment provider may delay or restrict future payouts.

These restrictions can affect our ability to:

  • Pay production and fulfilment partners
  • Purchase materials and packaging
  • Cover shipping and carrier costs
  • Process pending customer orders
  • Pay employees and operating expenses
  • Maintain regular production timelines

For an independent made-to-order brand, even a small number of disputes can interrupt normal operations and delay orders for customers who have not filed any complaint.

Contact Us Before Filing a Dispute

Most concerns can be resolved directly through customer support.

Please contact us if:

  • Your tracking has not updated
  • Your order is taking longer than expected
  • Your package has not arrived
  • You received an incorrect or damaged item
  • You need confirmation regarding a refund
  • You do not recognize the business name on your statement

Delivered Orders

A chargeback should not be used as an alternative to contacting customer support.

Orders confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier are supported by tracking information, delivery records, fulfilment details and customer communication.

If a dispute is filed after confirmed delivery, we may submit the available evidence to the bank or payment provider for review.

Customers remain responsible for providing a secure and accurate delivery address at checkout.

Refunded Orders

Please do not file a chargeback after a refund has already been approved or processed.

Depending on the bank or payment method, refunds may take several business days to appear on the original payment account.

Filing a chargeback after receiving a refund may create a duplicate financial loss for our business. In these cases, proof of the completed refund and related communication may be submitted as part of the dispute response.

Production and Shipping Delays

Many DRIP BY RAGE® products are made on demand. Production, quality control, packaging and fulfilment take place before an order enters the shipping network.

A delay does not automatically mean that an order has been abandoned or will not be delivered.

Customers should review the production and shipping timelines displayed on our website before ordering. Our support team will provide available updates when contacted.

Unauthorized Transactions

If you genuinely believe your payment information was used without your permission, contact your bank immediately.

You may also contact us with the transaction details so we can review the order, prevent fulfilment where possible and cooperate with the payment provider.

Abusive or Duplicate Disputes

Chargebacks filed after confirmed delivery, after an approved refund or without first attempting to resolve the issue may be challenged with supporting documentation.

Repeated abuse of the payment dispute process may result in future orders being reviewed, declined or cancelled.

This policy does not limit any rights customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
