Please review the information below before placing your order with DRIP BY RAGE®. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand our production process, estimated timelines and store policies.

Made-to-Order Production

Most DRIP BY RAGE® products are produced on demand. This allows us to reduce unnecessary waste and maintain a more responsible production process.

Because your order may be produced specifically for you, production does not begin until your payment has been confirmed. Orders cannot always be cancelled or modified once production has started.

Order Processing

Standard orders generally require 1–5 weeks for production and processing before shipment.

Some products, limited releases, pre-orders and high-demand sale items may require additional time. Processing time refers to the time required to produce, inspect, package and prepare your order. It does not include shipping transit time.

Express shipping only speeds up the delivery stage after production is complete. It does not reduce the production timeline unless expressly stated on the product page.

Shipping Timelines

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping: Approximately 15–30 business days, depending on the destination country.

Express Shipping: Delivery timelines are shown during checkout and begin after the order has completed production.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, carrier disruptions, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be emailed once your shipping label has been created.

Tracking may take several business days to show movement while the parcel is transferred to the shipping carrier. A tracking number does not always mean the package has immediately entered the carrier network.

Please allow time for the tracking page to update before contacting support.

Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

DRIP BY RAGE® is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages delivered to the address provided at checkout
  • Packages returned because the customer was unavailable
  • Delivery issues caused by restricted buildings or inaccessible locations
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

Contact us immediately after ordering if you notice an address error. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once production or shipping has begun.

Customs and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and remain the responsibility of the customer. Refusing to pay customs charges does not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges

As our products are made on demand, we generally do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges for:

  • Changes of mind
  • Incorrect sizes selected by the customer
  • Shipping delays within the disclosed timeline
  • Refused deliveries
  • Incorrect addresses entered during checkout

Please review the product description and size guide carefully before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact our support team with your order number and clear photographs. Eligible concerns will be handled according to our store policy and applicable consumer law.

Before Filing a Chargeback

Please contact our support team before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider.

Most concerns involving tracking, delivery delays, damaged products or refunds can be resolved directly. Filing a chargeback does not cancel an order that is already in production or transit.

Orders, tracking records, delivery confirmations, customer communication and refund transactions are documented. Chargebacks filed after confirmed delivery or after a refund has already been issued will be challenged with the payment provider using the available evidence.

Abusive or duplicate disputes may result in future orders being declined or cancelled.
